THE RULES:



1. All characters must be portrayed by musicians/celebrities/models/etc. No cartoons, anime, or anything of the like.

2. Although I would really like it for the current bands to be filled before new ones are created, if you are really set on starting your own band, PM me the information and I’ll consider it. As I stated above, I prefer the current bands to be filled before anyone opens a new one, but if I do accept new bands, I will only be accepting a handful. Once all the bands are filled, more will be opened.

3. No flaming, insulting, or degrading other members. It’s okay to joke, but sometimes, people take things too far. Discrimination against race, sex, religion and orientation will not be tolerated and will result in a ban. If you feel as though someone is hassling or belittling you, contact the me and I will deal with it. There’s no reason why we all can’t get along.

4. No controlling other peoples’ members without their permission. This means no speaking for them, no acting for them, nothing. You control your own character and only your own character, and that’s more than enough.

5. This site does deal with mature content, such as sex, drugs, and all the good stuff. Swearing is allowed but if you are going to be RPing something graphic i.e. a thread involving sexual relations between two characters, please note it in the thread’s title.

6. Each member is allowed a maximum of three characters, but you must create a new account for each character and you must be active with each character.

7. There must be at least one picture of your character somewhere in your profile, which means either an avatar or signature of him/her.

8. If you know you are going to be away, please let an admin and any members you are involved with in a thread know. It’s just common courtesy so I know that you haven’t become inactive and the members you’re RPing with know you’re coming back, or know not to continue a thread without you.

9. If a thread is private or not specified for you, then don’t RP in it. There’s nothing more annoying than a member popping up in a thread that isn’t for them. Only reply to the threads you are invited to, or if the thread is open. Most threads are open anyway and if not, then most people are always looking to RP with someone, so send them a PM and set up a thread just between your characters.

10. I know not everybody is an English guru and I know this board is open to people of all skill levels when it comes to RPing, but please be literate. Use spell check frequently, don’t type in slang or IM-speak and always write in-character when replying to a thread. Also, no one-liners; I cannot stress how annoying they are. Sometimes you’ll run out of muse. It happens to everyone, so short posts every now and then are acceptable, but please try to post at least 6-8 sentences per post. I don’t think it’s that demanding and I’m sure you guys can do it.

11. No RPing until you have been approved by the admin. I’m usually quite quick on approvals, so just wait and I’ll do my best to have you RPing ASAP.


Be nice. Have fun. Enjoy your experience. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, contact the admin. These rules are not hard to abide by and we should all get along if you do so. Now, move on and start creating your character.
